When Reich says "Here's the problem," he doesn't say what the problem is, he just bloviates and obfuscates endlessly until thirty minutes later, you don't know WTF he's talking about. A really smart person, like Thomas Sowell, could have and would have summarized the main point up front, and wouldn't have nor couldn't have, thrown sand in your eyes throughout.
